At the 7th Convocation and 10th Anniversary Ceremony of Mountain Top University (MTU), we joyfully celebrated ten years of academic excellence, spiritual grounding, and transformational impact, all to the glory of God.

The ceremony marked the graduation of 346 students across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, a powerful reflection of MTU’s unwavering commitment to raising leaders equipped for both purpose and excellence. Among these graduands, 42 students earned First Class Honours, standing as a strong testament to the university’s culture of discipline, diligence, and distinction.

A historic highlight of the convocation was the conferment of 64 postgraduate degrees, including the university’s first-ever PhD graduands, a clear sign that MTU is advancing boldly into new frontiers of research, innovation, and global relevance.

Special recognition was given to Miss Akinyemi Omolola Faith of the Department of Mathematics, who emerged as the Best Graduating Student with an outstanding CGPA of 4.94. Her achievement reflects not only personal excellence but also the nurturing academic environment MTU continues to provide.

Beyond individual honours, the celebration looked back with gratitude on ten years of remarkable achievements from academic accreditations and research breakthroughs to infrastructure development, student success stories, and growing global collaborations. These accomplishments form a solid foundation for an even greater future.
